Salesperson – Sales Professional (Position)

TIO is searching for experienced and passionate sales professionals looking for a new opportunity in the Permian Basin area. We are currently seeking individuals with 3-5 years of sales experience in the oilfield. Strong understanding of instrumentation and technical knowledge a plus. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying, and closing sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a highly rewarding and dynamic role that requires an enthusiastic self-starter who is motivated to achieve success.

Position Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential new companies to promote and sell products and services to.

· Utilize phone and field selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits and features of TIO products and increase sales.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing sales and customer satisfaction.

· Position the company as a leader in the oilfield instrumentation industry through knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.

· Conduct site visits to potential customers to gather information, assess needs, and prepare quotes for products and services.

· Attend events to promote the company's products and services and increase visibility and reputation in the industry.

· Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry and provide valuable insights to management.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.

· Generate leads and opportunities to help grow the company's customer base.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers at potential and existing customer companies.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers

· Continuously update your knowledge of the industry and products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.

· Strong sales, presentation, and telephone skills with the ability to persuasively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.

· Independent self-starter with a preference for initiating and setting one's own direction and taking ownership of tasks and projects.

· High level of motivation and drive to achieve results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Outstanding work ethic, including a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

· Ability to work cohesively with inside and outside TIO team members to achieve common goals.

· Background or experience in instrumentation industry would be a plus.

· Strong ability to quickly learn and understand TIO products and their applications, as well as the ability to teach customers about the products and their uses.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oilfield sales, and knowledge of the Permian Basin region.

· Travel required within the Permian Basin region to meet with customers and potential clients.

· Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
